Arrival

The hotel honeymooner representative will have a special desk at the lobby available from 8:00 am to 7:00pm
Welcome letter from the General Manager
A special turn down service after the ceremony (upon request)
Fruit basket and bottle of sparkling wine
Special amenities: razor, toothbrush, facial, towels, nail file, and bath kit.

Documents Required by Mexican Law & Civil Office

Home address and occupations (bride & groom)
Birth certificates (Original or certified copy of each one)
Valid passports
Original blood test (to determine blood type, HIV and STD)
Tests must be taken at the resort and results are ready within 24 hours (Fee of approximately $50.00 per person applies)
Divorce decree (if one or both are divorced)
Tourist ID (provided by customs upon your arrival at Cancun International Airport)
Name, age, nationality, home address and occupation of 4 witnesses
Clients must arrive in Cancun 3 working days prior to the wedding date to submit all documents and meet with the wedding coordinator.

DO NOT SEND DOCUMENTS BY MAIL

Reservations should be made in advance to guarantee preferred wedding date.
Mexican registry office is only open from Monday through Saturday.
Dress code: Formal or Semi-formal, no shorts or bathing suits
PRICES & PACKAGES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

Reservations must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the ceremony. A meeting with the Wedding Coordinator will be held 3 days prior to obtain all documents in order.
