About The Cozumel Palace

Palace Resorts acquired the Cozumel Palace, formerly the Hotel Plaza Las Glorias Cozumel, in early 2004 and began renovations to this 176 - room all-inclusive resort. The upgrades include the addition of double-Jacuzzis in every room, renovations of the lobby, pool, and common areas to create a delightful combination of colonial design and modern Mexican decor. The resort features three excellent restaurants, two infinity pools complete with swim-up bar, water sports, a balcony off every room, daily activities, theme parties, and 24-hour room service. Also, when guests stay at any of the Palace Resorts, they are free to enjoy the amenities of select Palace Resorts at no additional charge.

The Caribbean island of Cozumel Mexico is surrounded by the stunning Palancar Reef, the second largest coral reef in the world. There are more than 25 reef formations to snorkel or dive around Cozumel; you'll enjoy the endless marine life including sting rays, sharks, dolphins, eels, lobsters, conch, and butterfly fish, to name a few. Guests can also enjoy deep-sea fishing just off the coast for marlin, sailfish, dorado and barracuda. The fun at Cozumel doesn't end in the water… the Cozumel Palace offers plenty of activities, including tours, shopping in San Miguel for Mexican handicrafts, handmade linens, precious jewels, and much more.

This low-rise, traditional Mexican structure offers guests a truly authentic Mexican experience. Take a stroll through the hotel's shopping gallery or go to the pier for exciting water sports.

Every air-conditioned room is decorated with cool Mexican tile, marble floors and stucco walls, topped off with a panoramic view of the Caribbean. All rooms feature satellite television with movie channels, wet bar, safety deposit box, hair dryer, purified water system and private terrace.
