Aventura Cove Palace Dining

Dining is always a delight at any of the Palace Resorts. The Ventanas Italian Restaurant offers International Lunch buffet. Ventanas is also the place for a wonderful dinner a la carte Pizza and pasta from 7:00 - 11:00 pm. Afternoon snacks are available at various spots around the hotel, pools and bars - nachos with cheese and chili is always popular as are hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza and sandwiches at the pool side bar.

In the evening, you can choose between indoor and outdoor restaurants. The indoor restaurant, Ventanas, offers a la carte and pasta dining with a wide variety of Mexican and American cuisine. The highlight of this restaurant is the made to order pasta bar. You choose the sauce and ingredients you wish to be included in your pasta dish and the chef cooks up your very own pasta masterpiece. It is wonderful and very popular. Breads and pastries, vegetables, salad, fruits and dessert round off the selection.

Mondaca, the palapa restaurant by the pool. Opens at 6:00 am for breakfast and dinner starts at 6:00 pm. This restaurant serves Argentinean Cuisine. Your meal will not be complete until try the delectable Mexican desserts or visit the ice cream sundae bar and have one of your favorite coffee liquors. Your selection of drinks is always available during the day and evening, including beer, hard liquor, local red and white wines including a wonderful zinfandel wine. You'll love the palapa atmosphere, the fun staff, good food and Mexican music. This restaurant is always busy from opening to closeand is definitely a guest favorite.

The Mexican restaurant, La Hacienda (dinner only) Gourmet Mexican Cuisine. Your meal begins with a house appetizer, salad, soup and the main course is of your choice from the menu. Choose from seafood, beef or chicken. All main courses uniquely prepared by master chefs. A dessert of your choice satiates the appetite and, if you like coffee, try the Spanish coffee prepared right at your table (flambé) as it is a wonderful way to finish off your meal.
